Ingredients

  • 2 cups dandelion blossoms
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 package pectin
  • 5 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Gather dandelion blossoms and rinse them thoroughly.
  2. Boil the blossoms in water for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain the liquid to remove the flowers.
  4. Add lemon juice and pectin to the liquid.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil again.
  6. Stir in sugar and boil for 1 minute.
  7. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.

Notes

  • Use only the yellow petals of the dandelion.
  • Ensure jars are sterilized before use.
  • Store in a cool place.
