A simple recipe for homemade cranberry sauce, perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries under cold water.
- In a saucepan, combine water and sugar over medium heat.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the cranberries and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store in the refrigerator.
