Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit until frothy.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add butter, eggs, and the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough and spread with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  7. Roll up the dough and cut into slices.
  8. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  10. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla for frosting. Spread on warm rolls.
