Instructions

- Melt the caramel candies with heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat.
- Place a cluster of pecans on parchment paper.
- Top each cluster with a spoonful of the caramel mixture.
- Let the caramel set for a few minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over each turtle.
- Let them cool completely before serving.
