Homemade chicken bulgogi is a flavorful Korean dish featuring marinated chicken that is grilled or stir-fried.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and gochujang.
  2. Add chicken to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
