A simple homemade bubble gum recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup of corn syrup
- 1/4 cup of gum base
- 1 teaspoon of flavoring extract (like strawberry or mint)
- 1/2 teaspoon of citric acid
- Food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the powdered sugar and gum base.
- Add the corn syrup and stir until combined.
- Add the flavoring extract and citric acid.
- Knead the mixture with your hands until it forms a smooth dough.
- If using, add food coloring and knead until the color is even.
- Roll the gum into small balls or flatten and cut into pieces.
- Let the gum cool and harden for about 30 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container.

- Keep the gum stored properly to maintain freshness.
