Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water and sugar. Add yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a cloth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
  6. Place the loaf in a greased pan and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes.
  8. Cool before slicing.
