- 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken strip in the beaten eggs.
- Coat the chicken strips with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
