- 8 English muffins, split
- 12 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 pound Canadian bacon, diced
- 1/2 cup hollandaise sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange the split English muffins in a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour egg mixture over the muffins.
- Sprinkle diced Canadian bacon and cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the eggs are set.
- Drizzle hollandaise sauce over the bake before serving.

- Can substitute Canadian bacon with ham or sausage.
- Make hollandaise sauce from scratch for best flavor.
