- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 2 cups of mixed berries
- 1 cup of apple slices
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix berries and apple slices with sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and cornstarch.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust.
- Brush the edges of the crust with egg wash.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to use frozen berries if fresh are not available.
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
