Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix berries and apple slices with sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and cornstarch.
  3. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
  4. Brush the edges of the crust with egg wash.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool before serving.
