Description

A hearty and easy-to-make dish that combines ground meat, vegetables, and potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can green beans, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion.
  3. Layer the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  4. Add the browned beef and onion mixture on top of the potatoes.
  5. Spread the green beans and corn over the meat.
  6. Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the top.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
  9. Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Notes

  • You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef.
  • Add your favorite vegetables for more flavor.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
