A hearty and easy-to-make dish that combines ground meat, vegetables, and potatoes.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can green beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion.
- Layer the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
- Add the browned beef and onion mixture on top of the potatoes.
- Spread the green beans and corn over the meat.
- Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef.
- Add your favorite vegetables for more flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
