Description

A delicious high protein dish featuring crispy garlic chicken and flavorful fried rice.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. Push the chicken and vegetables to one side of the pan.
  6. Pour beaten eggs into the pan and scramble until fully cooked.
  7. Add cooked rice to the pan and mix everything together.
  8. Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over the rice, stirring to combine.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy.
