Ingredients

- 2 cups dandelion petals
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 package pectin
- 3 cups sugar
Instructions
- Gather dandelion petals and rinse them.
- Boil petals in water for 10 minutes.
- Strain the liquid to remove petals.
- Add lemon juice and pectin to the liquid.
- Bring to a boil and stir in sugar.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until sugar dissolves.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
