A delicious white chocolate cake filled with sweet pineapple.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup white chocolate, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add softened butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in melted white chocolate.
- Pour batter into greased cake pans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cakes cool.
- Prepare pineapple filling by mixing crushed pineapple with whipped cream.
- Layer pineapple filling between cake layers.
- Frost the top with remaining whipped cream.

- Use fresh pineapple for a better flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- For a richer taste, add more white chocolate to the frosting.
