Ingredients

  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. Add softened butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in melted white chocolate.
  5. Pour batter into greased cake pans.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cakes cool.
  8. Prepare pineapple filling by mixing crushed pineapple with whipped cream.
  9. Layer pineapple filling between cake layers.
  10. Frost the top with remaining whipped cream.
