- 2 cups red velvet cake crumbs
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix red velvet cake crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then let cool.
- Top with sliced strawberries and drizzle with strawberry sauce.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
- Let the cheesecake cool completely before refrigerating.
- For a thicker crust, add more cake crumbs.
