Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix red velvet cake crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, then let cool.
  8. Top with sliced strawberries and drizzle with strawberry sauce.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
