- 2 cups heavy cream

Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Fold melted chocolate into egg mixture.
- Gently fold in whipped cream.
- In a separate bowl, mix crushed cookies and melted butter.
- Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Pour mousse over the crust and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Top with fresh raspberries before serving.
