  • Kidney beans: 1 can (15 oz or 425 g), drained and rinsed
  • Chili powder: 2 tablespoons
  • Cumin: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper: to taste
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by washing and dicing the vegetables.
  2. In a large pot, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes.
