Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together applesauce, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
