Ingredients

- 8 oz whole wheat pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp turn pink.
- Add spinach and cherry tomatoes. Cook until spinach wilts.
- Combine pasta with shrimp mixture.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
