 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Lemon wedges for serving
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
 - In a bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
 - Place cod fillets in the baking dish.
 - Pour the lemon butter mixture over the cod.
 - Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
 - Serve with lemon wedges.
