- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breast in the crockpot.
- Add diced tomatoes and chopped onions.
- Layer chopped vegetables on top.
- Pour chicken broth over the mixture.
- Add garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.
