Instructions

  1. Place chicken in the crockpot.
  2. Add carrots, celery, and onion.
  3. Pour in chicken broth.
  4. Add garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  6. In the last 30 minutes, add spinach.
  7. Shred the chicken before serving.
