Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together honey, melted coconut oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
- If using, fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
