- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip zucchini slices in the beaten egg, then coat in the almond flour mixture.
- Place the coated zucchini fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
- Remove from air fryer and serve hot.
