A simple and healthy recipe for turkey meatballs made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite sauce.
