Ingredients

  • 14 oz firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut tofu into cubes and pat dry.
  3. In a bowl, mix tofu, vegetables, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if needed.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.
