Ingredients

- 14 oz firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut tofu into cubes and pat dry.
- In a bowl, mix tofu, vegetables, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if needed.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
