Ingredients

- 1 medium spaghetti squash
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Drizzle olive oil over the cut sides and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the squash halves in the air fryer, cut side down.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and use a fork to scrape out the spaghetti-like strands.
- Serve with your favorite sauce or toppings.
