A simple and healthy recipe for grilled shrimp skewers using an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers, soaked in water if wooden
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place skewers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
