Description
A healthier version of broccoli chicken casserole that is easy to make and full of flavor.
Ingredients

			- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
 - 3 cups broccoli florets
 - 1 cup brown rice, cooked
 - 1 cup low-fat cream of mushroom soup
 - 1 cup low-fat shredded cheese
 - 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, broccoli, brown rice, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
 - Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
 - Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
 - Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
 - Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
 - Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
 
Notes
- You can use leftover chicken for this recipe.
 - Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers.
 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
