Delicious hazelnut chocolate tart with a rich filling and a crispy crust.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups hazelnut flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix hazelnut flour, melted butter, sugar, and salt until combined.
- Press the mixture into a tart pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until just boiling.
- Pour the hot cream over chopped chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes.
- Stir until smooth, then mix in eggs and vanilla.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the baked crust.
- Bake for 25 minutes until set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
- Serve with whipped cream or fresh berries.
- Can be made a day in advance.
