Delicious hazelnut chocolate tart with a rich filling and a crispy crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups hazelnut flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix hazelnut flour, melted butter, sugar, and salt until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a tart pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until just boiling.
  5. Pour the hot cream over chopped chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes.
  6. Stir until smooth, then mix in eggs and vanilla.
  7. Pour the chocolate mixture into the baked crust.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes until set.
  9. Let cool before serving.
