- 8 Hawaiian rolls
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Cut Hawaiian rolls in half.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Dip each roll half into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s well coated.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add coated roll halves to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet and serve with syrup or fruit.
Notes
- Try adding a pinch of nutmeg for extra flavor.
- Serve with powdered sugar on top.
