Description

A refreshing Hawaiian chicken salad with tropical flavors.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, pineapple, red bell pepper, celery, and green onions.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and lime juice.
  3. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken mixture.
  4. Stir well to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
