A delightful Hawaiian cake topped with whipped cream.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, vanilla, pineapple, and coconut. Mix well.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Whip the cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream on top of the cooled cake.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped walnuts.
- Serve chilled for best taste.
