Description
Hasselback potatoes are thinly sliced, roasted potatoes that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Ingredients

- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and dry the potatoes.
- Make several evenly spaced slices along the length of each potato, stopping before cutting all the way through.
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes, making sure to get it into the slices.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary over the potatoes.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

- Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
