Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the bread loaf into 1-inch thick slices, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture between the slices of bread.
  5. Stuff cheese into the slices, alternating between mozzarella and Parmesan.
  6. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Unwrap and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
