A hearty and satisfying hashbrown breakfast casserole perfect for any morning.


Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen hashbrowns (30 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 pound cooked sausage, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine hashbrowns, onion, bell pepper, and sausage.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the hashbrown mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set and golden on top.

Notes

  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
