- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the meat is browned.
- Drain excess fat and add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, and the beef mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can include bell peppers or mushrooms.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
