Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, egg, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook patties for 5 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. Remove patties and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add sliced onions and sauté until soft.
  7. Add beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  8. Return patties to the skillet and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Serve warm with gravy over the patties.
