A hearty and flavorful hamburger soup packed with vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 cup green beans, chopped
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add onions, carrots, celery, and garlic; sauté until vegetables soften.
- Pour in beef broth and add diced tomatoes, green beans, corn, and Italian seasoning.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
