A hearty hamburger potato casserole that combines ground beef, potatoes, and cheese for a comforting meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion.
- Layer the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
- Spread the cooked beef and onion mixture over the potatoes.
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup and milk; pour over the casserole.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
