Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup macaroni
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, cooking until the onion softens.
- Stir in the carrots and celery, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Add the beef broth, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning.
- Bring to a boil, then add the macaroni.
- Reduce heat and simmer until the macaroni is tender, about 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
