Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until the onion softens.
  3. Stir in the carrots and celery, cooking for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add the beef broth, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Bring to a boil, then add the macaroni.
