Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain excess grease.
- Add beef broth, elbow macaroni, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.
- Simmer for 10-12 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Stir in milk and cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve hot.
