- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 package (30 oz) frozen hash browns
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and bell pepper over medium heat until meat is browned.
- In a large bowl, combine hash browns, cooked beef mixture, cheese, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
