Delicious ham and cheese sliders perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1 pound sliced ham
  • 1 pound sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally.
  3. Layer ham and cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
  4. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  5. In a bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, and poppy seeds.
  6. Brush the mixture over the top of the rolls.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and sliders are golden.
  8. Cut into individual sliders and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can substitute turkey for ham if desired.
  • Try adding pickles for extra flavor.
  • These sliders can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
