Ingredients

  • 8 oz. rotini pasta
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced ham, cheddar cheese, bell pepper, and onion.
  3. Add cooled pasta to the bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
  5. Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and stir until well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
