Ingredients

- 8 oz. rotini pasta
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine diced ham, cheddar cheese, bell pepper, and onion.
- Add cooled pasta to the bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
- Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use any type of pasta you prefer.
- Add other vegetables for more color and flavor.
- This salad can be made a day in advance.
