Ingredients

- 1 package of puff pastry
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into circles.
- In a bowl, mix ham, cheese, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture on half of each circle.
- Fold the pastry over and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
