Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Black food coloring
  • Edible glitter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over low heat.
  2. Add mini marshmallows and stir until melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Add Rice Krispies cereal and mix until well coated.
  5. Press mixture firmly into a greased Bundt pan.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  7. In a bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  8. Melt white chocolate chips and mix in black food coloring.
  9. Drizzle the chocolate mixture over the chilled cake.
  10. Decorate with edible glitter if desired.
