- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 habanero pepper, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, chopped habanero, lime juice, and salt to the yolks.
- Mash until smooth and well combined.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with cilantro.
- Chill before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of habanero to your heat preference.
- For less heat, remove the seeds from the pepper.
