Description
A healthy and flavorful ground turkey sweet potato skillet dish.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
- Stir in sweet potatoes, bell pepper, paprika, and cumin.
- Cover and cook until sweet potatoes are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
