A healthy and easy one-pan meal with ground turkey and zucchini.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 medium zucchinis, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
- Stir in zucchini and bell pepper, cook for 5 minutes.
- Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, mix well.
- Cook until zucchini is tender.
Notes
- Serve with rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
- Can substitute ground turkey with chicken or beef.
- Add cheese on top before serving if desired.
